What can you expect on your first visit to Edge Physical Therapy?
We Strive to make each visit about you, and tailor a treatment plan that works for you.
A Licensed Physical Therapist will do the initial evaluation, then discuss their findings and develop a personalized treatment plan with you.
To get you on the road to recovery, we start treatment on the very first day and provide you instructions on what you can do at home to increase your recovery.
Find Your
We are happy to verify your insurance benefits and our participation in your specific insurance policy prior to your first appointment.
Please have your insurance card ready when you call to make your appointment. This will allow us to have your benefits ready before you arrive to your first appointment.
If your desired treatment is not covered by your insurance policy, we offer very competitive out-of-pocket rates.
What to bring
